Communication is important, whether it’s communication via words, images, or both; the skill to pass on a message or idea from one person to another is vital. With graphic designs, form is just as important as function to clearly deliver concepts and ideas to where they need to go. As a graphic designer, I understand that readability has to be aesthetically pleasing as well as easy to understand in a concise manner to avoid misinterpretation.

Being a graphic designer is one part psychologist and another part artist. In order to better communicate, one must understand how the mind processes information. It’s also vital to know who you are communicating to, in order to find the best techniques and style to reach your target audience.

As I stated, communication is important. So if you have a message and need to pass it along, I have the psychological and artistic experience to insure that your message is clear and concise.  I’ve received my bachelor in Studio Art with a concentration of Graphic Design at the University of Maryland, currently expanding my skills in Web Design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh, and have been working as a freelance artist for over four year.
